3. "Less and More" Web Tools Buttons

The "Less" and "More" buttons at the top of the web tools tree allow you to control how many objects are available in the tree. The 4 levels are also called "verbosity levels".

Level 1: Ideal for basic content and campaign management.

Level 2: Advanced content management that involves reusing/repuposing content in Snippet Library.

Level 3: Includes access to defining segments.

Level 4: Advanced 1-to-1 target marketing and dynamic content design involving CMS, segments, and dialogue rules.
