Cubic Compass portals manage access control and permissions through the use of "Roles".

Step 1 – Login to View Role Settings

a. Login as a site Administrator
b. Select "Admin Settings" from the Site menu

a. Access the Roles menu option from the People menu.


b. Add/Edit/Delete roles

From the CMS Toolbar select "Access Permissions" from Page Options to define which roles can view or edit the current page.
